Now with the sending of media invites, the company has confirmed that Poco M2 Pro will be launched in India next week. Remind that C Manmohan, general manager of Poco India, said in an interview last month that Poco will launch this phone in the next 20 to 25 days. At present, the company has not given any official information about the specification of the upcoming Poco M2 Pro nor has it released teasers.
On Wednesday, Poco India has started sending media invoices confirming the launch of Poco M2 Pro in India. No information has been given about the smartphone in the Invite, but the date and time of the launch event has been revealed in it. According to Invite, the Poco M2 Pro will launch on July 7 at 12 noon. The launch event will be streamed live on Poco's social media platforms.
The teaser also suggests that the Poco M2 Pro will come with a quad rear camera setup, set in a quad camera module. Apart from this, Flipkart has also created a dedicated microsite for it, which shows the back of this phone. However, other information about the smartphone is not available in it.
Recently the Poco M2 Pro with model number M2003J6CI was spotted on the BIS site. This is the same model number that was seen on both the Bluetooth certification and the Wi-Fi Alliance sites. Apart from this, the phone was also seen on RF exposure page of Xiaomi India in May.
It is believed that this phone will work on Snapdragon 720 chipset. Several certification listings indicate that the phone will support Bluetooth 5 and dual-band Wi-Fi.
